Community Management
As a voluntary course instructor at Hobby Lobby, you are at the heart of what we do — because your passion and enthusiasm make our free extracurricular courses for children and teenagers possible.
You’ll lead a group of 10 to 18 children, depending on the course, aged 9 to 15 years. Each course takes place once a week for 60 minutes during a course period.
Through your regular, close interaction with the participants, you’ll quickly become an important mentor and role model. You’ll see firsthand how your effort makes an impact — and experience the children’s enthusiasm every week.
At the same time, you’ll develop your own personality, leadership, and communication skills.
