Purpose of the association

(1) The association, whose activities are not profit-oriented, pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of §§ 35 and 36 BAO. The purpose of the association is to promote leisure activities and further education for children and young people.

(2) The association is non-profit within the meaning of §§ 34 ff BAO.

(3) The association is politically and religiously neutral.

The purpose of the association is realised in particular through:

the holding of free leisure courses,

the organisation of sporting and cultural events,

the use of volunteer course instructors,

and cooperation with companies that benefit the education and training of young people and support them in leading a self-determined life.
