It's best to put your wish right into the invitation, whether by WhatsApp or the classic way by email. Possible Wording: "I really don't need anything, but children and young people need hobbies. Instead of gifts, I'd love a donation to Hobby Lobby." You can also include our donation account details or a QR code linking to the donation form right there. We're happy to provide the donation information or the QR code.
Your guests can put their contribution in the donation box on the day, transfer it directly (reference: "Fundraiser – [First name Last name]"), or donate via a donation form created specially for your celebration by scanning the QR code. A note for your guests: donations to Hobby Lobby are tax-deductible. If your guests would like their donation claimed with the tax office, they simply provide their date of birth when donating.
After the party, we'll gladly tell you how much was raised. You can then share the result with your guests – it'll make everyone happy.
