2024 marked the successful launch of Hobby Lobby in Germany by Julia Pietschmann (Project Director), Chiara Schreiter (Educational Director) and Niklas Witt (Commercial Director). In the heart of Rostock, in the districts of Schmarl and Lichtenhagen, children and teenagers between the ages of 10 and 16 are offered free extracurricular courses, providing them with a space to learn and grow.

Thanks to the project managers' extensive network in the education sector, many educators could be reached and connections to schools and social workers were established. 

Other project partners include local youth centres and youth workers, as well as existing sports and cultural clubs.
